Rarity picked to finish first in WAC in 2012

The Rarity College of the Arts was selected to finish first by the coaches and the media on WAC Media Day today. The Royals secured a full 120 points, including all 10 first place media votes, to secure the top spot.

"It's an honor to have my sister's school be called on to win the title but you don't win these things on paper," said Rarity's sister/Royals head coach Sweetie Belle. "I hope our boys come out ready to fire at will this season. We have a very good offense and we think we can shock a few people along the way."

The Fluttershy College Spirit were picked second, the Twilight Sparkle University Unicorns were picked to finish third, the Pinkie Pie University Major Trouble were picked fourth, the Rainbow Dash University Rainbows were picked fifth and the Appleknockers from Applejack State University and Agricultural School were picked to finish dead last.
