Another week in the Western Athletic Conference saw all teams remain unbeaten yet again. With the exception of one game, all of the contests were extremely lopsided. The entire nation is getting a taste of what the new Western Athletic Conference brings to the table.

Here is a rundown of the week's action.

Twilight Sparkle 145, LSU 27

The Unicorns, ranked #20 in the country, ran all over the #10-ranked Tigers at Armor-Cadence Field at Twilight Stadium. Quarterback Tony Hickman passed for 242 yards, ran for 418 yards and scored seven touchdowns total. The Unicorns face Arkansas next week.

Applejack State 157, Colorado State 21

Sam Houston passed for 573 yards, ran for 184 yards and scored 11 touchdowns en route to a gargantuan 157-21 victory over the overmatched Rams. The Appleknockers continue their season next week against New Mexico.

Rainbow Dash 185, UTEP 7

The Rainbows landed the sonic rainboom on the winless Miners, attacking by air and ground. Dashie recorded 12 interceptions in the victory. John Paul Jones passed for 765 yards, rushed for 241 yards and scored 16 touchdowns in the blowout win. Rainbow Dash take on Central Florida next week.

Pinkie Pie 22, Memphis 0

In a rare low-scoring game at the House Party Stadium, the only points scored were six field goals by Adam Herring and two safeties. Defensive tackle Lamont Richardson recorded six sacks in the victory. The Major Trouble take on Holy Cross next week.

Rarity 111, Nebraska 17

The #15-ranked Cornhuskers are sure to fall in the polls after an embarrassing defeat at home to the Royals. Tailback Brian Gordon ran for 220 yards and five touchdowns in the blowout win. Rarity take on Texas Tech next week.

Off this week: Fluttershy
